Every prompt is checked before a model runs — synthetic media of real people, sexual content, minor safety, graphic violence and harassment are refused. A blocked prompt never reaches the video model, and never costs you credits.

Questions people ask
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $20 a month for 3,000 credits — about 5 to 37 videos a month depending on the model — up to 37 with Veo 3.1 Lite at 720p. There is no free tier: you can sign up and set everything up at no cost, and your automation starts posting once you pick a plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose one, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Nothing is lost. A scheduled post with too few credits is skipped rather than failed, and we email you. If three in a row are skipped, the automation pauses itself instead of quietly skipping forever. Top up and it resumes on its own — you do not have to rebuild anything.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits don’t. Each renewal resets your plan to its full monthly allowance, so unused plan credits don’t stack up from month to month. Top-up credits are separate: they never expire, and they stay with you even if you cancel.
Could this get my channel flagged or demonetised?
We screen every prompt before a model runs. Synthetic media of real people, sexual content, minor safety, graphic violence and harassment are refused, and a blocked prompt never reaches the video model. Posting happens through YouTube, Instagram and TikTok’s official APIs, to accounts you connect yourself. We cannot promise any platform’s decisions — nobody can — but nothing about how reev posts is unofficial.
Who owns the videos?
You do. You keep ownership of the prompts you write and, subject to each model provider’s terms, the videos you generate.
What if a post fails?
It is marked failed on your calendar with the reason — an expired connection, a platform rejection — so you can see exactly what happened. The rest of your schedule carries on. If a generation fails because of an error on our side, we can restore the credits it used.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals. Any top-ups you have bought stay with you; the unused part of that month’s plan allowance expires with the subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees and credits you have already spent are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — generating a video costs us money at the moment you run it. Credits used on a generation that failed on our side can be restored. Full detail is in our Terms.
Do I have to be on camera?
No — reev is built for faceless channels. The video is generated from your prompt, so you never appear, never record anything, and never need a microphone.
