These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reev.to (the "Service"), operated by reev.to. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

reev.to is an AI content generation and planning tool that lets you (a) create reusable video templates from prompts, (b) generate AI-produced vertical videos (Shorts and Reels) from those templates, and (c) schedule and publish those videos to social media accounts you connect and authorize (such as YouTube and Instagram) via a visual calendar.

You are responsible for your content. reev.to provides the generation, planning, and publishing tools. We do not create, select, script, review, endorse, or control the topics, prompts, or content you choose to generate or publish. You are solely and fully responsible for the content you create with the Service and for everything you publish to your connected accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining valid authorizations for any social account you connect, and for complying with the terms of those platforms.

4. Credits, billing & refunds

The Service runs on a credit wallet. Generating a video consumes credits based on the model and settings you select.
You may obtain credits through subscriptions or one-time top-ups. Prices are shown in the Service and are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment provider’s terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
Except where required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
If a generation fails due to a Service error, we may, at our discretion, restore the credits used for that job.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to create, generate, or publish content that:

infringes any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other right of any third party;
is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or depicts non-consensual acts;
is fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or misleading (including impersonation or undisclosed synthetic media where disclosure is required);
promotes violence, self-harm, illegal goods, or dangerous activities;
violates the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any platform you publish to (including YouTube and Instagram/Meta);
attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove or refuse to process content, without liability.

6. AI-generated content

Videos are produced by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. We make no guarantee about quality, accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Ownership and licensing of AI-generated output may be governed by the applicable AI provider’s terms. As between you and reev.to, you are responsible for your use of the output.
You are responsible for any disclosures required by law or platform policy regarding AI-generated or synthetic media.

7. Third-party platforms and services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, AI model providers (such as fal.ai), Supabase, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or decisions of any third-party platform, including content removal, account suspension, rate limits, or changes to their APIs.

8. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to third-party terms, the outputs you generate. You grant reev.to a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to generate a video and upload it to your connected account).

You acknowledge and agree that reev.to is not the publisher or author of your content and is not liable for any content you generate or publish. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the policies of any platform you publish to. You agree to indemnify and hold reev.to harmless from any claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service (see Section 11).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that content will be successfully generated or published.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reev.to and its operators, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or account/audience reach, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless reev.to and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you generate or publish; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or any third party’s rights or platform policies.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
